The Peralte-Clark, LLC team has an established reputation as industry leaders who are highly qualified in the management, planning, design and implementation of transportation projects.  The firm’s founders, Jean-Alix Peralte and John Clark have spent their entire careers working in Illinois, primarily on transportation infrastructure projects within the metropolitan Chicago area.  Their combined experience, totaling over 75 years, provides exceptional leadership and technical expertise to clients. They offer exceptional experience in the management, planning, design, and implementation of public and private infrastructure projects.

Peralte-Clark has seen rapid and continuous growth in the last few years, growing from 2 to 30 employees since the firm’s founding. The firm’s growth is also reflected in the expanding list of services offered. Peralte-Clark is currently prequalified with the Illinois Department of Transportation in fourteen categories. Peralte-Clark serves public infrastructure clients including state, county, and municipal clients as well as other engineering consulting firms. Our Phase III team is also growing and is currently providing CM services to the Illinois Tollway on several projects part of the Central Tri-State Tollway (I-294) Project.

The Senior Project Engineer s pecializes in the planning, organization, and development of engineering activities for the construction and maintenance of facilities, such as roads, railroads, bridges, and water systems. This individual is responsible for planning and conducting work requiring judgment in the evaluation, selection, application and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures and criteria. This individual is also responsible for devising new approaches to problems and preparing or modifying drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, and monitoring work for compliance to applicable codes, and accepted engineering practices.
