C.O.I. specializes in the placement of candidates for middle to upper-management positions in a variety of industries and functions.

Clients of C.O.I. generally are organizations offering careers with an international window of opportunities.

Candidates typically have specialized skills and cross cultural exposure acquired in their work experience over at least three years. They usually have an MBA or other graduate degree.
